The house consists of two floors; on the ground floor there is a large living room connected to the dining room with access to the outdoor terraces (uncovered terrace 24 m2, covered terrace 16 m2) and an equipped kitchen with a view of the Velebit mountain (National Park). There is also a small toilet with a shower on the ground floor.
