The facility is located in an exceptional location in Sukošan, only 250 m from the sea and a well-maintained beach, and nearby there are numerous facilities such as restaurants, coffee bars, shops.
Sukošan is a small town located in the spacious Zlatna luka bay, 7 km southeast of Zadar. The town itself has about 3000 inhabitants, and there are also facilities; kindergarten, primary school, general and dental clinics, and everything else that makes it a pleasant place to live throughout the year, and many have recognized it as an ideal place for a vacation.
Sukošan has the largest marina in Croatia "D-Marin- Dalmacija" (with 1,200 berths in the sea and more than 500 on land) which is a paradise for boaters, the natural complex Tustica, several beaches and small campsites, historical buildings, olive groves and vineyards, hospitable people and tradition.
The distance to the international airport Zadar is 5 km.
